Responsibilities
Proactively identify and approach potential clients through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, and referrals
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
Pitch recruitment solutions tailored to each client’s needs
Negotiate fees and terms of business
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for open roles, from briefing to placement
Work closely with candidates to ensure the right fit for both sides
Collaborate with the wider team to drive performance and share market insights
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a sales professional selling HR and / or recruitment solutions
Strong sales mindset — you thrive on winning new business and closing deals
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on approach
Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
Knowledge of the Irish job market is a plus
